Amne: Admin Dashboard

At the core of Amne’s operations, Amne’s Admin Dashboard enables the team to generate home valuations, manage transactions and customers.

Overview

As our team was growing and we were acquiring more customers, we needed to build a custom tool to help us manage customers. I was responsible for defining objectives, prioritization and roadmap for this tool along with another designer and product manager. I conducted research and ideation, produced flows and wireframes, finalized mockups and managed handoff to developers. Working on this Admin Dashboard was complex and vast project – it was really our first attempt at standardizing and shaping processes that were at the core of our business. It also needed to work well within our existing workflow and improve processes whenever possible.

Tasks that users would need to perform on this dashboard are varied in scope and mostly dependent on the role in a transaction (home sale in this case). The primary users are the members of the Data Science team who use the dashboard to generate valuations, the CEO uses it to send offers & purchase contracts directly to users via the dashboard, and Operations Associates manage tasks from initial offer to closing.
