overview

Designed a simple UI that allows Amne employees to unlock the door of any Amne’s home. This is primarily used by Operations Associates to unlock the door for contractors, and by Customer Experience Associates unlocking the door for home shoppers that were unable to unlock the door directly from the app (either due to error, inability to download the app, or failure of automatic background check).

Tasks users perform on this dashboard include creating new visit requests, viewing and sorting through visits, verifying success or failure of unlock process, viewing details of home that is being unlocked, review relevant data about visits, leads, and homes. I owned the end to end design, worked closely with PM and engineers to implement this within our greater Admin Dashboard.
