Overview

Contained within Amne’s Inventory dashboard, this tab was designed to support engineers and operations team members in monitoring the IoT system installed in Amne’s properties. This UI needed to clearly report in (almost) real time the status of every home’s IoT system – including battery life, mode, signs of tampering, errors, connectivity, and more. Worked closely with Engineers to design most accurate reporting and basic error management.

I was responsible for the end-to-end design process. Collaborated with PMs and Data Science Team to define the problem and develop specs. Conducted research, produced wireframes and flows, crafted visual design and finalized mockups. Worked with Engineering to manage handoff and implementation.
